Attendance at the symposium is free. We wish participants to write an abstract within the framework of the selected topics and e-mail them to darbesempozyumu@adu.edu.tr. Our staff will reply to you by e-mail. In addition, participants can ask questions to the staff in the contact details page of darbesempozyumu.adu.edu.tr.
Transport, meal and accommodation costs should be paid by the participants.
Participants will be provided with special discount opportunities for accommodation with places with special agreements with the University.
The symposium will occur on 26-27-28 May 2017 in the Atatürk Congress Centre of Adnan Menderes University. For participants coming from out of Aydın city, transportation will be provided from determined points to our university.
It is not neccessary to be be an academic in order to participate in the symposium.
Presentations given at the conference, after the full text has been sent by the specified date, will be printed as a booklet.
The abstracts will be printed as an”abstract booklet”.
The symposium programme will be determined once the scientific committee has evaluated all the recieved abstracts and will be arranged into different siitings according to content. The programme will be announced on this site a short while before the symposium.
